Excellent book for starup. I always thought that business can borrow a lot from agile methodologies of software engineering and Eric has done that in systematic way. Also he enriched it with his experience and made it extremely valuable. One thing that I missing in this book is clear-cut definition. Hope next editions will define terms with better clarity.
